With the vision given to Pastors Kenney and Neja, Life Church International is grounded on four pillars of ministry. Each pillar is the foundation on which all church decisions are made. The four pillars of Life Church International are:

Flowing with the Holy Spirit
Life Church International allows the Holy Spirit freedom to operate in every service. When we foster an atmosphere of reverence and worship, God always moves in to inhabit the praises of His people. The moving of the Holy Spirit manifests signs, wonders and miracles. Blind eyes open, deaf ears hear and many more will experience the freedom that comes when chains of bondage are broken from their lives. Church members are encouraged to operate in their spiritual gifts both inside and outside of the church. Their gifts in action will result in prophesy, words of wisdom and knowledge, tongues and the translations of tongues, as well as seeing the miraculous.

Integrity of God’s Word
At the forefront of our church, we maintain the integrity of God’s Word in all areas of ministry. If the Bible says it, we preach it. We do not follow the religious standard; rather we walk by faith and learn our rightful place as believers to fulfill our call in this earth. The Word of God presents simple truths of God’s desire to save, to heal, to protect and to provide abundantly for His children.

Nations
Kenney and Neja’s history in ministry bring nations to the forefront of Life Church International. Mark 16:15 states, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature." (NKJV) Life Church International will fulfill that call by reaching the people groups all around the planet and our home. The vision to go into all the world not only includes other continents, other countries and villages abroad, but also includes cities all across Iowa.

Discipleship
Life Church International grows its congregation by helping each individual go deeper in the things of God. Each person is different in their growth and in their walk, and discipleship increases each believer’s knowledge of the Word of God at their level. In the end, each believer will not only be equipped to hear and obey the Word of God for themselves, but also disciple others. In 10 years Rev. Kenney and Neja have taught 10,000 pastors and emerging church leaders around the world and that focus will be the same at Life Church International.
